"Why do we have two Eids?"

Tayyaba Masjid follows the position, which is followed by Ahle Sunnah wa Jammat. If the moon is sighted anyway to the west of the UK, this is accepted as a sighting. Normally the most common sightings come from Morrocco or South Africa. However the key is the moon has been sighted (not based on a calculation of the birth of the new moon). It is very difficult to sight the new crescent in the UK due to the position of the country (it’s easier for countries closer to the equator).
From the time when the Muslim community has become big enough i.e the time of Sayyiduna Umar (ra), Muslims have celebrated Eid on separate days. But they were still united.

"How do I keep focus in Salah?"

One the meanings of the Arabic word Salah is supplication (linguistic). From a spiritual meaning, Salah means connection. This is your conversation with Allah; consider this when you are praying. You are standing before your Lord.
Another useful tip is to understand the meaning of what you read in the prayer. Understand the meaning of Surah Fatiha, understand what you’re saying when in Ruku, Sajda etc. When you understand the conversation that you are having with your Lord, this will help you concentrate.

"Virtues of Friday?"

The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: “Of all the days, Friday is the most virtuous. It is on this day that the trumpet will be blown. Send abundant blessings upon me on Fridays because they are presented to me on that day.” (Abu Dawud)
The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: “Friday is the best of all days and the most virtuous in the sight of Allah Most High. In the sight of Allah Most High it has more greatness than Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Ad’haa.” (Ibn Majah)
The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to say that the night of Friday is a lustrous night, and the day of Friday is a lustrous day. (Mishkaat)
